Viewee Limited ("Viewee", "we", "us" or "our") is the controller of personal information collected through this website and our early-access waitlist.

Viewee Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 11270921. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB685073.

2. The information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

your work email address;
the name of your organisation;
your care setting and approximate number of sites;
whether you are interested in joining a paid pilot and giving feedback;
information attached to your visit, such as referral source and campaign parameters; and
technical and security information needed to operate and protect the form, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and bot-check results.

If you contact us, we also collect the information in your message and the details needed to respond.

We do not use waitlist details for unrelated third-party advertising. If we want to send optional marketing beyond updates connected with your waitlist request, we will do so only where permitted by law and will provide a simple way to opt out.

4. Who receives your information

Access is limited to people who need the information for the purposes above. We may share it with service providers that support our hosting, data storage, website security, communications, customer operations and professional advice. They may use it only on our instructions or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an approved safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or contractual protections, and consider whether extra measures are needed. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while we plan and run early-access cohorts and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need to keep it longer for legal, security or record-keeping reasons. We keep technical security records only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We then delete or anonymise the information.

7. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive or special-category information through the waitlist form.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to:

ask for a copy of your personal information;
ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
ask us to delete or restrict the use of your information;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
receive certain information in a portable format; and
withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

These rights are not absolute. To exercise one, email support@viewee.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

9. Cookies and similar technology

We use technology that is necessary to operate and secure the website, including the bot check on the form. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide any notice and choice required by law before using them.

10. Other websites and changes

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their own privacy practices. We may update this notice as the website, waitlist or law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
