Website and waitlist terms
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or submit the Viewee early-access waitlist form. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you submit details for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
The website is operated by Viewee Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11270921, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Contact us at support@viewee.co.uk.
VIEWEE® is a registered UK trade mark of Viewee Limited, registration number UK00003964724 (registered, class 42).
2. What the waitlist means
Joining the waitlist records your interest in Viewee. It does not:
- guarantee a place in a beta, pilot or any particular cohort;
- create a contract for the Viewee service;
- guarantee a price, discount, feature, launch date or availability date; or
- oblige either you or Viewee to proceed.
References to proposed features, founding pricing, timing or set-up describe our current plans only. Plans may change as we develop the product. Any beta, pilot or paid service will be subject to separate terms agreed before it starts.
3. Information you submit
You must provide information that is accurate and that you are permitted to share. Do not use the form to send resident, patient, service-user or other special-category personal information, confidential care information, passwords, payment details, unlawful material or anything unrelated to the waitlist.
Our Privacy notice explains how we use personal information submitted through the website.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to bypass the security of the website or connected systems;
- introduce malware, automated abuse or misleading submissions;
- scrape, copy or reuse substantial parts of the website except where the law permits it; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship with an organisation.
We may block access, reject a submission or remove someone from the waitlist where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other people or Viewee.
5. Intellectual property
Viewee or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website, its branding, software, design and content. You may view the website and make a reasonable number of copies for your organisation's internal evaluation of Viewee. No other rights are granted.
Viewee and its logos are trade marks or branding of Viewee Limited. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without written permission.
6. Availability and website information
The website is provided free of charge on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We aim to keep information useful and current, but pre-launch content may be incomplete and we do not promise that it is error-free.
Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, clinical or other professional advice. You should make your own assessment before relying on it.
7. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, Viewee is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from use of this free pre-launch website or the waitlist. Our total liability arising from the website and waitlist will not exceed £100.
If you use the website as a consumer, these terms do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website and waitlist are intended mainly for people acting in the course of a business or organisation.
8. Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party sites or use third-party security services. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or waitlist changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Material changes will apply from publication and will not create a paid service agreement without your express agreement.
10. General
If any part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations if this does not reduce any protection the law gives you.
These terms do not give rights to anyone else under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
